A whole lot of nothing......
As far as training....this is what's been happening. I thought I'd get a chance to work out in San Francisco but no go. Training class all day, everyone wants to have dinner at night so I politely go. I have a couple of drinks, stay out past my bedtime then to tired to get up for my usual morning workout. I made a promise to myself...When I travel, working out in the morning comes first.
I was able to go to a couple of new restaurants in San Francisco. I love that city! I stayed at the Harbor Court, around the corner from the Ferry Building. A great little boutique hotel...very small with a cool vibe. San Francisco is a great walking city to. If it's too far to walk, the BART will get you where you want to go. No chance of that in So Cal.
I'm a Monday kind of girl. Monday is a new week...a fresh start. That's when I like to get back into the groove of things. I'll spend the weekend catching up then hit it on Monday. Have a great weekend, train safely and make it fun!
Live passionately!

I know all about oversleeping past my workout time. Lucky for me, William has school in the morning, and Xander usually naps then, so I can exercise at that time.
Oh! Check out my blog. I am pursuing a dream.
Sometimes it's good to give the body a holiday.
I know how it feels. I am taking off in a bit to DC and I know that your NOTHING sign can become mine too. I love to run early in the morning from Iwo Jima to the National Mall, but sunrise is now about 6:50 am, forcing me to run in the hotel gym as I play SAFE before than anything else. As I need to be in my office at 8am no other choice is available.
After work if it's not late already, the team wants to go to this Italian restaurant, or to this other so nice BBQ place, etc...
I know the evil Nazi coach I have inside me, will keep showing me your neon NOTHING sign until I get up at 4:30 am and take the elevator to the 4th floor and come back to my room, and show that I have 5 more miles on my shoes.
If it works we should elevate your NOTHING sign to "the traveler runner motivator".
Keep Running!!!
Glad you had a good time in SF. I'm with debstar on the body holiday. Sometimes you just need a full break. Keep smiling. :-)
Last time I was in SF, I was 10 and I still remember it! I'd love to go back one day :)
