There's always pizza....
Sometimes I forget everyone doesn't love to cook as much as I do....
I get home from work a little early and try to get my 16 year old Chuck to cook with me. No go… other things to do. I tell him "Maybe it would be kind of cool to take a cooking class and I bet there are lots of nice cute girls". He responds, "Why take a cooking class, I already know how to use the micro wave".
Never mind.... ;)
1 hour spin this morning. No run tonight, my neck is better but still stiff. I bought some BioFreeze on Pol's and Carrie's advice and hoping that helps.

mmmmm....pizza:)
I third the BioFreeze, it's good stuff.
Thanks for journaling, I've jumped on the journaling bandwagon now!
I used to like cooking. That was before children with their moaning about what it was they hated to eat, which was usually on their plates at the time. I never really got the groove back. I much prefer to eat what other people have cooked for me. Pity eating out is so expensive.
Good thing the stiff neck hasn't stopped you from spinning, now that would be disasterous.
I found that a few years in college and/or living on one's own usually resolves a great deal of the issue with cooking. I always knew HOW to cook, just hated doing it. Now, I actually enjoy it when time allows.
The Biofreeze WILL help. Just keep in mind that "kinks" in the neck are annoying things.
O.M.G neck pain is the worst. last year i had like 2 episodes where my neck was stiff and in so much pain for like a week! makes driving so painful.
hope the biofreeze works!
Hope the Biofreeze works- another good tip learned from blogging.
I also use biofreeze and like the temporary relief it offers.
Mmm..I had pizza for dinner. Only becuase I came home from class at 7 and after being out of the house for 14 hours, I just didn't want to cook a "real" meal...although I would do that over pizza any other night!
Biofreeze is awesome!!!
Hope the neck improves Deb!
I'm with Debstar...my kids turned me off cooking with their constant complaining. How is it that they can suddenly detest something they loved only last week?
My middle son likes to cook - cakes, though!
My masseuse got my hooked on biofreeze. I brought it with me when I volunteered at the 40-mile station at a 50-miler. The runners loved me for it!
Hope you neck gets better soon. Gosh, that takes everything out of me sometimes!
16 year olds and microwaves! Thats a great response! He'll come around!! My son cooks for me now at the tender age of 22! There is always hope!! (tho he did take a cooking class when he was 3!) ;)
